Refund Policy

We aim to provide travelers with a smooth and reliable IMUGA Declaration assistance service. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • You may be entitled to a full refund if your order has not yet been processed or submitted to the Maldivian authorities.
  • Once your application has been reviewed, prepared, or submitted, we are unable to issue a refund as the service has already been rendered.

2. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us either through our Contact Us page or by emailing us at imuga@entryclearance.org with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address used while placing the order
  • Date of purchase

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds cannot be granted once an IMUGA Declaration has been submitted to the authorities on your behalf.
  • Failure to provide correct or complete information during the application process may result in delays or rejections, and such cases are not eligible for refunds.
